The Blooie’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill Story
You just can’t stuff a roadhouse restaurant into a shopping mall, first of all, no road! Second, all that chrome and glass is way too scary. Roadhouses have never been very good as down town clowns. They need a place where you can sit outside and see the stars (or at least a star) and not have to breathe in the exhaust fumes of a double-decker bus or be trampled on by hordes of passing humanity.
A Roadhouse needs to be something special, and BLooiE’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
is just that. It has a large indoor dining, drinking and entertainment area,
an outside Al Fresco dining, lounging, relaxing area, and a pond, complete
with turtles, fish and a pair of Rinos, no kidding, check them out.
A lot of heart and soul went into the work at Blooie’s Roadhouse restaurants and bars, both the Siglap and the Science Park locations. It is our hope and wishes to extend that passion to our customers in offering the best possible quality at the best possible prices and to do it with a smile. We are not perfect and we do make mistakes but when we do we want to make things right and then make them better. We care and want to ensure you have enjoyed yourself so you will come back many times over.
At BLooiE’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill there is a stage indoors and we will be
offering a variety of entertainment from bands to jams to comic to magic.
Blooie’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill can host large or small company or private
parties, corporate functions or group gatherings. It is also a fantastic
place to unwind in the evenings with a bottle of wine, great food and watch
the turtles do laps around the pond.
There is a pool table to battle it out with your Buds over a beer, four
large TV’s and a large projection screen that will play whatever is happening in
big name sports. Outdoor BBQ’s are a great way to have some fun if you want
to have a party outdoors and a full bar where we can make all your favorite
cocktails, shooters or margaritas. Not to mention a good selection of beers
on tap or by the bottle.
Blooie’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill, where the dress code includes a smile, we hope
to see you there.
